Effective date: August 15, 2026
This Privacy Policy and Terms of Service applies to sendthebit.com and the Send the Bit script-to-video production service. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Part I — Privacy Policy
1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide to operate the service, including account and contact details, billing and transaction information, order selections, production directions, support messages, and the scripts you submit. We also process ordinary technical information such as IP address, browser information, security logs, cookies, cart state, and preference data.
2. How we use information
We use information only to quote, process, create, review, deliver, support, secure, and account for your order; maintain the website; prevent abuse; comply with law; and improve service reliability. Submitted scripts are used only for providing the requested production service, resolving support issues, and maintaining necessary business records.
3. No sale or unrelated sharing
We do not sell, rent, trade, or broker customer information or submitted scripts. We do not share them for unrelated advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising. Limited information may be processed by infrastructure, payment, email, storage, and generation providers strictly as needed to provide the service, or disclosed when legally required.
4. Payments
Payment providers process payment credentials under their own privacy terms. Send the Bit does not receive full card numbers. Cryptocurrency transactions may be publicly visible on the relevant blockchain and generally cannot be reversed.
5. Script confidentiality and retention
We treat submitted scripts as private production material. Access is limited to systems and people involved in fulfilling or supporting the order. We retain order and script data only as reasonably necessary for fulfillment, delivery, support, fraud prevention, legal obligations, and dispute resolution, then delete or anonymize it where practical.
6. Security and your choices
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online system can promise absolute security. You may request access, correction, or deletion of eligible personal information through the Contact page. Some records must be retained for tax, fraud-prevention, contractual, or legal reasons.
7. Children
The service is not directed to children under 13. Customers must be legally able to enter a binding agreement or use the service with permission of a parent or guardian.
Part II — Terms of Service
8. The service
Send the Bit uses AI-assisted production tools to transform customer-provided scripts and directions into video. Outputs may contain variation, artifacts, or creative interpretation. Runtime and generation-time figures shown before checkout are estimates derived from word count and measured system performance.
9. Pricing and payment
Pricing is calculated from estimated spoken duration, the selected production quality, measured generation workload, and the displayed generation-hour rate. The server verifies the price at checkout. Taxes, if applicable, are added separately. Production begins after payment is confirmed.
10. Your rights and permissions
You retain ownership of your submitted script. You grant Send the Bit a limited, non-exclusive license to process, reproduce, adapt, and transmit the script solely to quote, create, review, deliver, and support your order. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for all submitted dialogue, characters, brands, likenesses, music instructions, and other material.
11. Prohibited content
You may not submit unlawful content; sexual content involving minors; non-consensual intimate content; material intended to facilitate violent wrongdoing, fraud, harassment, or impersonation; content that infringes another party’s rights; or deceptive political or commercial material that violates applicable law. We may reject an order that cannot be produced lawfully, safely, or reliably.
12. Output rights and AI limitations
After full payment, you may use the delivered output for lawful personal or commercial purposes, subject to any rights belonging to third parties and any unavoidable provider restrictions disclosed with the order. Because AI-generated material may not qualify for exclusive copyright protection in every jurisdiction, we do not promise exclusivity or registrability.
13. Delivery, revisions, and cancellations
Delivery estimates are good-faith estimates, not guarantees. You may request cancellation before production begins. Once generation has started, the order is a customized digital service and is generally non-refundable except where required by law or where we cannot deliver the purchased service. Material technical defects or a clear failure to follow the submitted direction should be reported promptly so we can evaluate a correction.
14. Disclaimers and limitation
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Send the Bit disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected order.
15. Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for account credentials and activity. Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, scrape private systems, submit malicious material, evade usage limits, or use the service in a manner that harms others.
16. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes apply prospectively and will be posted with a revised effective date. Contact us through the website’s Contact page for privacy, legal, or support requests.
